The Guild of St. Mary's Old Girls’ Trust is managed by Trustees from amongst the Old Girls and the Headmistress, who is appointed as an ex-officio Trustee.

The essential purpose of the fund is to provide assistance, in the form of a bursary worth 25% of the annual academic fee, for a year but subject to renewal in subsequent years, depending on a review of the situation. The bursary is limited to daughters, or near relatives, of an Old Girl and is intended to assist the parents with the payment of the academic fees in the event of them experiencing an unexpected financial set-back that would otherwise interrupt the pupil's continued education at the school.
